We are asking all landlords to complete this Poll.

Oops! We could not locate your form.

We are also extremely interested in your views so please post comments.

For example, you may well despise what the Conservative Government has done and you may well mistrust them but will any other party be better?

If landlords vote for minor parties might this hand a win to Labour?

Do you think a coalition Government is likely, and if so between which parties?

Which party would you least prefer to be elected and why?

Could not voting hand this election to Labour?

Why is it that the people on benefits get all the spare cash ?

And the richer go for income producing assets?

Because they have been educated on how the World works.

Benefit wealth is colossal, admittedly, it's spread amongst more numbers, so it's a pittance.

But it's Billions, and Billions each month.

If it's true that the top 5% pay about 50% of all our tax take, what happens if they decide to go to Malta?

What happened to having a work ethic?

I need some reassurance that the World isn't going to end.

I think Theresa May actually wants to lose this election, I haven't seen a single Tory billboard poster in my area yet.

This really is serious folks,

Corbyn has not yet said that strivers should be rewarded, only that they should be taxed more and benefits should increase.

I think the Tory party has abandoned the country, they can't campaign anymore.

Their foot solders are in Zimmer frames.

I don't even want to go there, because that's far too close to what I've been thinking.

analysis of Labour manifesto......
https://www.research-tree.com/blogs/the-naked-fund-manager/the-naked-fund-manager-why-labour-s-manifesto-needs-a-dose-of-reality

i would predict,
a pound crash by a further 10-15%
Increase in inflation to 4-5%
increase in interest rates to 5-7%
Recession within 2 years as the economy crashes
stay in single market & customs union, reducing over seas trade & lack of growth, worst of all deals
In short a UK disaster, i woke on Sunday night at 3am spent the night planning immigration to India for 5 yrs, and removing all cash assets into Rupee / Pound account to avoid devaluation in assets.
Top tips would be 5 yrs fixed rate mortgages on your porfolios

Anyone watch Corbyn/May on Sky last night?

I thought Corbyn did well. Was composed, and answered well.

May - ducked and dived, deliberately not answering direct questions. she got a bit flustered at times. Not a great performance.

On the night:.......... Corbyn.....1 . . . . . .May.....0

Ha. I thought the opposite, Barry. I thought Corbyn came across like a dangerous fool and May like a crushing bore - but I figured that was a better results for the Tories.

I am not sure actually. I agree with Barry that Corbyn had his good moments and I think did better than I expected. But was he better the our Supreme Leader - I am not sure. Saying that - May wriggled out of some difficult questions, but of course she is a typical politician.
The truth is that not a single party in this election represents me - not only as a Landlord but also as a citizen.

NB today's Evening Standard first page talks about Tory's silence on immigration - nobody in the Government can reply where the immigration can be slashed... Or it might be Gidiot preparing his bid for a future PM?

But the gap narrowed to 5 points (according to today's City am). And Corbyn will be a disaster.

I am so sick of all that.

May had it for me, looked like a leader, Corbyn didn't look like a leader more like a stand in for the leader. Regardless his policies would send us to recession and a damaged PRS system unable to operate.
Can't believe its 5 points, worried sick they could make Corbyn PM, i would definitely be one manning the lifeboats exciting the country, it will only bring bad news economically and take another 20 years to recover from such irresponsible spending, be the quickest way to bring greater all round poverty and wealth depletion to the masses, lets me fair, the super rich will leave, companies won't come, EU will be worst of all deals and the country will start to slip down and out of G7. IF we ever recover from that, the new global world of India & China wealth will have us in slavery for the next 100 years, it will be over
We have to do a bold Brexit and strengthen the economy to bring jobs and growth, Labour policies will bring deteriation

Great summary of Labour policy - pretty balanced I'd say.
