Hi Larry, I commend you for all the hard work you must have put in to date.
The annual subscription would be a tax deductible expense and I am more than willing to gross the annual fee upwards thereby also gifting my tax relief to the Alliance. This could be an optional payment if members wished. I'm in.

Thanks to York Landlord ,and yes subscriptions to professional bodies are tax deductible. We are doing well and hopefully will have our website up in the very near future. Keep spreading the word. Get the pledges on here so we know the figures. As explained we are also working in the background with a number of agents. I dont want to formally start until we have the numbers as we wont hang about. We will start campaiging aggresively from day one. No more Criminal landlord crap.

£60 from me and the £40 income tax that they would have been getting.
May I suggest the landlord licencing registers are targeted for members, along with the accredited landlord registers.
The vast majority of law abiding landlords are against these licensing scams as the mock "consultation" results show.
