Thanks Christopher and everybody else. Its vital we network and keep getting the pledges. Behind the scenes and away from public view, Im delighted to confirm that we have some big players contacting us. This would not be possible without P118 on side. It is now about the numbers contact friends etc get them to pledge. Lets get a serious Landlord rep body on the road. Once i have the numbers we will hit the ground running.
I have had discussions with the CEO of an enforcement company who will now join us lobbying for the change Which i propose to the eviction procedure to bring clarity to both the landlord and tenant with respect to the court order granted. This is sonething long overdue. Landlords waiting for ever for posession despite the court granting the order. What the hell have the other associations been up to.? Sorry they have been busy assisting councils implement their schemes. No more lets gets the numbers and get to work.

To NW landlord. Yes we can organise a meeting, but as i said first lets get the numbers. The rest will follow and our meetings unlike the NLA will only be open to our members. We will not be inviting Councils.
