My MP (Edward Timpson) has replied to our request for EDM. Saying as a minister he can't "However there is nothing to prevent me corresponding directly with Ministers on your behalf" and so he has written again on our behalf to treasury. "To ensure that your voice is added to those who have supported that motion"
