Just to leave landlords alone would be a good start.

Scrap the tenant tax, dont even mind if they add a bit extra on stamp duty to try and further discourage new investment and at least those that buy with the current stamp duty know what they are getting into and can plan. Were having the goal posts moved on us mid game.

Only 7.22% want Section 24 scrapping?
It's now 19.55%
That suggests that they have been surveying Labour MP's and Shelter staff first, now it's our turn.

What do you want to see in the budget?
->Given the level of 'levelling the playing field' rhetoric (sophistry) adopted by TPTB... surely in some future budget they will be left with no choice but to devise a way of including (small) cash & 'corporate' LLs in the fiscal attacks?

Leave us alone. A confirmation that BTL held in companies is not at risk of having the deductabibilty of interest against income removed would help for long term planning.

Poll closed.

Scrapping of Buy to Let Tax changes the second most popular choice at 22.78%. (incentives for savers the most popular).
