Thanks Mark. The Gas Access Kit (which includes instructions on applying for an injunction) is in the final stages of development and I hope to be able to make it live in a week or so

Robert Brown (the barrister who is helping me with the kit) and I will be doing a free webinar on access for gas inspections on 5 June which you can sign up to for free here >> http://www.landlordlawlive.co.uk/.

If LL is being absent minded, and on a reminder *refuses* do get one (ie is reckless to his tenants’ safety and his own responsibilities), then I’d say yes.

Gas fatalities have been reduced to about 1 per year I think; we don’t want them to go back up.

Why put ammunition into the hands of the landlord-spankers?

    Matt
