Thanks Mark. The Gas Access Kit (which includes instructions on applying for an injunction) is in the final stages of development and I hope to be able to make it live in a week or so

If LL is being absent minded, and on a reminder *refuses* do get one (ie is reckless to his tenants’ safety and his own responsibilities), then I’d say yes.
Gas fatalities have been reduced to about 1 per year I think; we don’t want them to go back up.
Why put ammunition into the hands of the landlord-spankers?
