Nobody would believe that government’s favourite “Shelter’ published something like that:

Look at the graph please – no more words are needed!

My comments are still awaiting moderation (or complete censorship). They probably don’t like my comments about Shelters support of s.24.

Santander to remove “Rent Hike Buy To Let Clause” after protestations from generation rent. It is pity that government will not remove Clause 24 after protestations from Landlords.

Today’s interesting reading in Property Wire:
http://www.propertywire.com/news/uk/tax-change-result-uk-landlords-putting-rents-20-30/
I am going to send that link (or printed article) to all my tenants – together with a rent increase letter.
It would be worth to send that to local MP too.

Trade Group names MPS to target over Buy To Let Changes.
Do not forget to lobby your MP ahead of March Budget.

Sadly overturning this without looking like your on the landlords side will be mighty difficult. All this could have been avoided had they just ignored what ‘only’ the greens proposed, was it that difficult? But then again coming again from the folks are agitating for war with Russia and brought you countless other crap policies over the many decades, I guess should have expected it. Were I not depantant on buy to let I would leave this crappy country of poor climate, crappier people, and you guessed it crappy politicians.

Without being negative they haven’t listened and refuse to even debate it all pointless waste of energy focusing on ur own individual circumstances is what energies should be focusing on. The main man has even said it’s going ahead and brexit is far higher on the list of priorities.
