On average there is one signature every minute...I'm confident if momentum continues on this rate then we are set to hit over 500k signatures by the time we reach deadline on 27/01/2016.

Many of you will have already written to your MP on this issue. We need to keep our MPs updated on our campaign. Here is a copy of an email I sent to my MP today.

Further to my recent emails to you concerning the Government's plans to restrict finance cost relief for individual landlords, I wish to advise you that there is now an e petition against this proposal.

Over 4,000 people have signed the petition in just two days. It is being signed by a wide range of people, not just landlords.

I have attached a questions and answers document which fully explains the wide ranging social and economic consequences of the Government's proposal. This document has been prepared by a small group of concerned landlords who want people to understand the consequences of this unfair, and ill thought out, tax proposal.

Feel free to share this document with whoever you think may be affected by the proposal.

Neil Patterson will send the list of questions to our local BoE chap. All regions have one, we should all look up the local one and send them the Q&A - link to text below.

Just looked on the BoE website Mark, can't find any reference to local people. Do you have a link that will indicate who is local guy? Or should we just write to Mark Carney?

The tax free 32k has been withdrawn. It has now £5k, the dividends can be from a close company or ICI.
