Hi Ros and Mark,
Yes, I'm actively promoting the cause to all my friends and professional contacts.
I get the TDS emails, but I must admit I don't take a huge amount of interest in them.
I'll email them tomorrow and suggest they use the subject URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED in their next mail shot.

Let’s get creative. I’m going to come up with a new slogan each day.

My slogan for Friday is:

Stop Osborne’s tax on landlord borrowing : Tax on profit.

Here is a copy of my latest Freedom of Information Request to HMRC.

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The request is in connection with the Government’s plans to restrict finance cost relief for individual landlords.

I would like copies of any reports, emails, minutes of meetings or other documents that contain information on the impact of the proposal to restrict finance cost relief on tenants.

Keep up the good work....we are almost at 4,000 signatures.

p.s. Proud of my son today. He couldn’t be bothered voting in the Scottish Referendum or the General Election but he has signed the petition and shared it with his friends.

I have advised My Deposits Scotland of the petition and asked them to share it with their members.

Lovely Connie. (sorry, the 'lovely' bit is my Welsh side coming out)
I think getting to the newspapers is the way to go.
You are not only a star, you are a dynamic individual! There just seems to be no stopping you. I'm a lightweight. I'm off to bed!

I did not know that!

A shame the email came bouncing back, but I sent duplicates to other sections of the Guardian, hoping they might reach him 🙁

Good night, lovely Ros.

I'm a bit nocturnal during the holidays 🙂

Sleep well and dream of fairer taxes - you've earned it (literally)!

Slightly relieved that the latest infiltration attempt from that other not so friendly forum tonight has now been blocked. Moving on: I have been working all night on a spreadsheet of individuals, professionals, contractors, related companies and groups that I am a respected member of 🙂 would you believe it.. to contact re the petition in a methodical manner. Suggest other quieter members may want to do the same? Its v easy!

Unlike that anti-nonincorporated landlord / anti-everything and very manipulative forum, in a way we are lucky in that we only need to focus on the actual facts, no manipulative presentation of the facts are required here.

Note to that other forum’s reps who are obsessed with us, continually monitoring this forum as voyeurs, and indeed (to use your word, it’s a good word so well done!) are helping marketability of P118 :

I agree that house prices are over inflated vs wages (unlike rent vs wage inflation) which you guys have repeatedly misrepresented. I would personally massively benefit if prices declined, but please can you guys behave yourselves and stop continually attacking Ros. Its rather pathetic.
