We are asking all landlords to complete this Poll.

Oops! We could not locate your form.

We are also extremely interested in your views so please post comments.

For example, you may well despise what the Conservative Government has done and you may well mistrust them but will any other party be better?

If landlords vote for minor parties might this hand a win to Labour?

Do you think a coalition Government is likely, and if so between which parties?

Which party would you least prefer to be elected and why?

Could not voting hand this election to Labour?

Because it's not the 'done thing' to be seen to support UKIP darn sarf.

Peer pressure and the threat of ostracism scare those with impure thoughts back on the MSM supported track.

Just a ?: S24 clearly incentivises corporate LLs by attacking "individual" LLs ONLY, but if Labour won the election, would Corbyn & crew try to extend the fiscal attacks on LLs to include corporates?

If that were to happen, would that make the defence stronger, by forcing ALL resi LLs to get involved?

I can't believe that people here believe that Labour or Lib Dem would care more about LLs??

If Labour / Lid Dem got in, and you think Tories have been bad, you ain't seen nothing yet. Rent caps, right to buy in PRS, stifling taxes etc etc.

I think Theresa May is about our best bet for reversing S24 once the shit hits the fan in a couple of years. Just look at how quickly she reversed the self employed NI debacle.

Funny how some people criticise her for U-turning. I'm actually happy to have someone in power who quickly changes something that doesn't work or upsets the people. Strewth, you can't please everyone!

We should march on Westminster. 5% of us is 100,000 bods. We could get that number involved.

Don't put up a landlord candidate, just get this amongst the media in a couple of weeks.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/rp8udi1xyy4f9sd/Section24%20Letter%20To%20Tenants-Part%202.pdf?dl=0

Look at the various MP's and their potential rent increases in their area and pass the file to them.

Do a similar thing for your MP and send it to their opponents

For heavens sake, I thought we were all opposed to Section 24.

This Government is about to bankrupt hundreds of thousands of us.

If George Osborne had knobbed your Mrs and stole your furniture, before he got a sweet job in Fleet Street, you would still vote for his mother to be Prime Minister would you?

I'm not voting for her until she changes her tune and accepts that he was an academical fuckwit.

Oh, I forgot to mention to use this little estimator that will also print out for your Accountant.

Stress test to a 6% interest rate and then see who you will vote for.

If you would like to reconsider your political allegiances, I suggest you do a few sums first and then just make a donation of £10 to the Dogs Trust, who's members are always loyal to their owners, unlike the Tories have been to us and vote UKIP.

I totally agree with u Gary I can't believe how many people are saying they will still vote Tory after all this total madness and in a way justifies their attacks on our livelihoods

Okay we all vote UKIP, we don't get any MP's Labour gets in with the Lib Dems and the SNP and then see where we are, they will destroy us.. Ukip only got one MP when they were at their peak so how are we going to be saved by them now.

Madness!

There are only three parties to vote for, the rest is a waste of a vote, whatever the tory's have done the others will do worse.

Gary raises an interesting point here. It's not all about s24. Put Labour/Lib Dems and anyone else other than Tories in charge then surely both the likelihood and magnitude of an increase in interest rates is significantly greater. This will be very damaging to all those with mortgages and of course then you have to pay more tax on the higher interest rates now thanks to s24. Yes the Tories have been the nasty party to landlords, yes it is sickening to vote for them, yes they are all ineffective self interested numpties but the alternative is too dreadful to consider. Not voting or spoiling papers is imho childish and disrespectful to those who fought and indeed continue to provide us with democracy - however flawed the outcome is. We're moving towards having to consider voting Tory again as nauseating as the thought is. The least dreadful option. (shouldn't stop us lobbying though)

I will never vote Tory again until they repeal this disaster. They may aswell have came into my home robbed it and kidnapped my family that's how I feel I cannot believe any landlord is considering voting for them you may aswell give them a free pass to do what ever they like.
I cannot do it it doesn't sit right and contradicts all off the hard work done my the tenant tax team and people on here I am shocked that so many landlords are still gunna vote for them I really am and sends the wrong message and hinders the hard work trying to get a u turn, we will get knowhere fast with this approach it makes us look pretty stupid if u ask me. Go and see your MP say this tax is going to increase homelessness bankrupt thousands of hardworking landlords oh and by the way I will still vote for you cause u are the best of a bad bunch I'd rather not bother than give those parasites my vote.
