Cloud based landlord software?
I am looking for a cloud based software to run my family portfolio of properties. I use spreadsheets mainly, but find it confusing to split sensibly the costs and so time consuming! ![]()
I wondered if there was any new updates to the 2013 discussion that covered Quicken 2002, Xero, Landlord Property Portfolio Software.
Any hints would be greatly received!
Many thanks
Pippa

We have just launched Landlord Manager 365, our ‘all-in-one’ cloud solution for landlords which includes a copy of Sage 50 Essentials

This is the one I am looking at also, that and LetMC? just wonder where I will find the time to populate it to save time going forward! I have 32 tenancies and 7 different owners within the family.

I would recommend looking into Re-Leased as well if you want a good PM software

Property management software is not necessarily a time saver especiallyif you have a small portfolio. For instance, you will still need to identify and input costs appropriately. However, with digital tax reporting (DTR) introduction your wise in exploring your options. Make sure the software is recognised by HMRC as compatible for DTR. Negotiate a trial period of any chosen software (the full package) not just elements as is often offered. HMRC has a list of compliant software. If your portfolio is small, you may find using HMRC compliant “bridging software” to link with your existing spreadsheet a better option. Good luck!
