Property Snake and Property Bee
Hi there
Didn’t know who else to ask about this – I was an avid user of both Property Snake and Property-Bee to research property prices and source BMV (Below Market Value) deals
Property snake seems to have disappeared from view – Google searches draw a blank and my bookmarks also link to nothing (“oops, sorry can’t be found!”)
Property-Bee seems to degrade every time I use it – the most important part – the hidden Estate Agents price reductions and changes of status, has stopped working and emails to the support/admin person at PB go unanswered
Just coincidence or something more sinister afoot?
Could you post this as a question on the Property118 forum to see if anyone has an answer? Or do you have more info?
Appreciate anything you know on this
Kind regards
Ian
Response from Mark Alexander
Hi Ian
I too am getting the “oops” message when I look for Property Snake but I’ve not heard anything, your question was the first I’ve heard of there being any problems. I don’t have any contact details for them and as the website is down I can’t find their number to call them to ask. Let’s hope it’s just IT gremlins. I too am interested to find out what’s happened to them.

@netarcher – Property Bee is working fine for me. Can’t comment on Property snake as I don’t use it.

Property Snake domain name is available for registration which would suggest it has closed down or registration lapsed.

Did Property Snake do anything that
http://nethouseprices.com/index.php doesn’t do?

Lets hope that neither are some sort of trojan horse virus that steals your passwords or internet banking details. We can all sometimes be too trusting it seems.
