Lease Options Legals
I’m about to start looking at Lease Options in the Reading/Berkshire area and there are lots of courses on the subject, some of which I’ve attended, and everything seems to be quite straightforward and easy to do apart from finding a solicitor that has experience of lease options. Everyone seems to say “oh just ring around until you find one that will consider lease options”, but nobody seems to have a list of recommended solicitors.
So I was wondering if anybody knew of an online list of solicitors who now offer lease option contracts or instalment contracts or whether, if you are a solicitor yourself, what is your opinion about lease option contracts?
Thanks
Cat Noble

As a BTL Broker, I have been asked to provide mortgages for lease option buyers – it’s not just solicitors who have morals, us Brokers and many lenders do too! ๐
