Yorkshire Building Society apply to put a restraining order on a customer. The customer as been refused a face to face meeting after (9) years of asking.

The evidence he has is bigger than (PPI) and the Lender knows how dangerous his knowledge is.

The customer has found the CEOs home address and said if he is not given the opportunity at the head office to visit and show the truth he will go to the (CEO) Mike Regniers House for a cup of tea and a chat.

Mike Regnier ex Lloyd’s Banker? Interesting
They can run but they cannot hide.

What are they afraid of?

The customer should use the avenues available to them, such as the courts. Rather than visiting employees houses. Given the customer has not, after 9 years. It sounds like customer is a fantasist.

"The evidence he has is bigger than (PPI) and the Lender knows how dangerous his knowledge is."
Evidence of what? Sounds like nonsense to me. If he has a valid claim he should go to the Financial Ombudsman and the media.
Who is the customer? Threatening to turn up at an employee's house, even a senior one, is bloody creepy.

If the landlords alliance wants to be taken seriously sensationalist stories like this need to be checked . Accusing and Naming individuals and businesses without outlining a substantive case is damaging to the brand . This looks like the alliance supports conspiracy theories and will open itself to ridicule . There are so many checks and balances now on the financial sector is our contributor claiming the regulators are in on it as well ? What ever it is ?

Who would of thought that RBS Natwest under Goodwin and after Railtrack would exploit the loophole The Labour zealots created to rip off the nations small, medium and large businesses, then sell off Natwest's valuable assets dirt cheap to overseas buyers, blackmail the Government and probably their own board of Directors. All in my opinion however there are about 15,000 business owners/ex owners who would say that their bank betrayed 250years of built up trust just to satisfy the ego, power complex of "corporate psychopaths" in the top 300 positions of power in the bank and award themselves bonuses for psychologically destroying and attacking trusting brits. But it has happened, is happening and given the current inept UKGI, HM Treasury officials these evil IMO practices are continuing and spreading. However its all in my opinion and if there is one department that has cost the country most it is HM Treasury's officials. Selling off to the three headed dog solid value of buy to lets countrywide given that they are such 'bad actors' to use an American term shows ineptness or collusion. God save us from the Americans

( FOS ) survive from payments from Lenders.
I would suggest this is not ( arms length)

I don’t mess around I have paid £120,000 for a ( Trial).

Sometimes I think it seems curiously odd when our own members question members in away that seems to support the Banks?

I have noticed very similar issues with RLA /NLA?
