Yes another N5B query – still no guidance notes from government?

Yes another N5B query – still no guidance notes from government?

Well I thought I’d finish the damn (new extended) form N5B, but I’m not sure I interpreted /answered question 15 correctly.
Well question 15 itself is simple enough that’s a definite NO but after that I’m not sure if i’m supposed to disregard questions 15c-15i .

So not sure if to leave them all blank, write N/A beside them or just tick the NO box for each of them.

This whole possession thing is costing me £355 so I’m determined not to screw it up in anyway.

Many thanks Geoff

You might want to join an organisation like the Guild of Residential Landlords as Adrian Thompson there is very knowledgeable about this sort of thing and will advise you what to do.

Knowing absolutely nothing about this but just as a form filling exercise, if I hadn’t been served with this notice I would start at 15h or 15i

My take on this would be that if you answered Q 15 with NO, the remainder are to be left blank.

When are they gonna learn, all they are doing is making it worse for the next tenants, as some of us are packinguo cause of stuff like this. Leaving less landlords left, increased rents.
And vulnerable HB UC tenants don’t get a look-in
