When can I skip evicted tenants left belongings?
We have the bailiffs going to take possession of our property next week. I know the tenant is not going to have removed all his belongings, but we need to clear the property as soon as possible.
My question is when can I skip any belongings left over or do I have to store them for a period of time?
Many thanks
Chris

“After 14 days turf the stuff onto the pavement. “
Isn’t that fly-tipping?

Yes that’s fly tipping, don’t ever move to pavement.

they have no proof it was me that dumped it. If council pick up they are perfectly entitled to go through the rubbish to find a name and any forwarding address to use to prosecute.

Not having proof does not affect the legality of the situation.
And you never know who is watching when you do it.
