The #TenantTax campaign coalition has produced a document in PDF format which can be printed to give to people and/or saved and attached to emails.
It needs to be shared far and wide.
We also suggest sending it to all of your tenants and I suspect your local University Accommodation Officers, Letting Agents, Accountants, Solicitors and Mortgage Advisers will also find it compelling reading.
In short, if you disagree with Government proposals to charge tax on legitimate business expenses then remember the following ….

Fantastic article. Sent to my MP with another covering letter of how this will effect me and my tenants. EVERYONE READING THIS NEEDS TO SHARE THIS ARTICLE, PRINT IT, SEND IT TO YOUR MP, YOUR TENANTS, YOUR LETTING AGENTS AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THE BUSINESS ETC………..
