General Election 8th June – Who on earth do landlords vote for?
We are asking all landlords to complete this Poll.![]()

For example, you may well despise what the Conservative Government has done and you may well mistrust them but will any other party be better?
If landlords vote for minor parties might this hand a win to Labour?
Do you think a coalition Government is likely, and if so between which parties?
Which party would you least prefer to be elected and why?
Could not voting hand this election to Labour?

This online article. I know it’s more about Tory Party landlords, but still landlords nevertheless.

Can anyone successfully guess who said said this about 3 years ago
‘ I recognize that, in most of the UK, private rents are not excessively high. In many parts of the country, they are lower than council rents ‘
Believe it or not it was Jeremy Corbyn!!

He added ‘ When I talk to colleagues about supporting my ideas on the regulation of private rents, they say, “It’s not an issue in my area.” I fully understand that, but in London and on the fringes of London, and in one or two other cities, it is a massive issue. ‘
I’m wondering if he would be all that bad as PM given the nonsense of the last 7 years and in particular last 2.

As an aside can I recommend the Black Country Museum, trams, trolleybus, canal trips, Blacksmith, coal mine, old village with shops and the best Fish n Chips in the UK, cooked the old fashioned way in beef dripping.

It’s a wonderful place to come from, I should know, I grew up there.
It’s a sh*t hole when you go back to visit though!
Just kidding of course, I will always have fond memories of the Black Country, especially Wolverhampton Speedway 🙂
