We are asking all landlords to complete this Poll.

Oops! We could not locate your form.

We are also extremely interested in your views so please post comments.

For example, you may well despise what the Conservative Government has done and you may well mistrust them but will any other party be better?

If landlords vote for minor parties might this hand a win to Labour?

Do you think a coalition Government is likely, and if so between which parties?

Which party would you least prefer to be elected and why?

Could not voting hand this election to Labour?

My Conservative MP wrote me a letter to my house with a summary of his work....I had written to him several times about S24, so i emailed him back.
Told him i couldn't vote conservative, as it was like Turkeys voting for Christmas due to S24! Also explained due to S24 and legislation, and after a bad debt on one of the properties after arrears, i had been forced to raise rent on the property by 13.5%........I will be sending letter copies as rents rise!
Not good exit polls.....hung parliament!!

I went to a C of E school left with 7 Ds and an E, did an electrical apprenticeship, maintenance electrician, then 1st office job as a project manager, then moved into procurement as a buyer, senior buyer, Purchase manager, worked overseas in 22 countries, then Head of Global Supply Chain, set up my own Consultancy Business (while running property on the side for 16 yrs)........
I'm not clear education is the answer, my best lessons were learnt in Sport......Hard work, Discipline, endless preparation and finally, a never say die attitude that means you can always win if you keep trying......
Education.....largely over rated as an academic that are clever.....but don't use it......Potential, Minus Commitment equals Nothing!

I've negotiated supply chain deals all over the world Lived in China for 12m, India 9m, Korea, HK Thailands.....
There is NO Hard Brexit, there is only a Negotiation. You always talk tough to start, to show you mean business....It is at times a game, a battle of wills to get the upper hand....The EU is failing, its bankrupt, i voted to leave the 300m to trade with the 7Bn....China has 1,300 million citizens, 200 mil are millionaires, India has 1,200 million population another 150 mil are millionaires....The EU is a dying market with only Germany with money.
We need to trade globally, by doing so, growth will come, bring currency into the country(wealth) more jobs etc, IF we had stayed, the EU would have taken us down with them, we're leaving just in time!! Bet no-one noticed Santandar buy up a bankrupt Spanish bank this week for 1euro?....Europe is littered with them, Greece was only the start Italy is next and will probably take France and Germany down with it
There is Billions of trade around the world, i did some consultancy for JLR, they were making most of their profits out of China....There is a Big picture guys, and a better one i assure you!

Just shows that academic (university) education is for the academically-inclined and those who are practical or technical shouldn't be forced to go. Perhaps it would be a good idea to bring back Polys. Horses for courses and vice versa.

Agreed Mike - excellent points .... and yes, I spotted the 1 euro bank as well. I've worked a lot recently with Indian organisations. Energy, enthusiasm and can-do attitude that is sorely lacking in EU. Italy is very very scary as well.

Deutshe Bank could collapse and its holding up Billions of Greek and Italian debt...EU is a mess
IT will take the Euro down and break up the EU
There is no market left i believe in 50s it was 60+% trade now 42%, post Brexit, could see sub 25% in a few short years

Bad, Bad, Bad......
This will end up as weak Brexit, not able to do trade deals globally, 1/2 in, 1/2 out Trade / Customs Union.....Worst of all Brexit outcomes....Disabled and dying economy, will only bring less wealth, less jobs and at least a 25% decline in living standards....IF you didn't like austerity, you certainly are not going to like this outcome, this will be a smaller less funded state than the one we have today.
A post Labour government will again spend us to debt, shrink the economy, weaken the pound, rise inflation and finally kill us off with a rise in Interest rates....The next 50 yrs is all down hill i think, this could be our final peak and after 30 yrs of scrimping, saving and investing and 60-90 hrs a week, i think maybe the end of the old world as we know it, as we slip backwards into financial obscurity, as China and India finish us off.....Only question in my mind is when to get out while we still have something to sell and where in India will be the best place to go to live!!
