Eco boiler scheme refused as agents signed AST?

I have just had a note from British Gas informing me that the tenancy agreement does not meet the requirements as it is in my name as the landlord yet the managing agent have signed the tenancy agreement.
Has anyone else had a problem?

This is standard practice so get British Gas to contact the agents to clarify 🙂

Do not go with British Gas .
