    Hi Ros
I have contacted the Chartered Institute of Taxation – asking them if this proposal is workable – as they said they are involved in the implementation of the Policy – not in the Policy itself. I got an automated reply saying they will reply within 2/3 days – will let you know what they say

Thanks so much Connie. I have now sent the CEO of Martin and Co an email regarding the fact that their next newsletter needs to cover this issue. I have also urged him to circulate the link to the property118 e-petition thread to all his letting agents and their contacts.

I have a couple of properties with them Barry and I emailed them at their head office yesterday with the link to the petition and asking them if they could publicise it among their clients.

I was going to send the Q & As list as well but I couldn’t find it. Could anyone tell me if there is an easy way to find it without trawling through hundreds of pages?

    Thanks
