I couldn't agree more. Increasing supply significantly will push up build costs for materials and labour. Government doesn't seem to grasp basic economics but nothing new there.

I, like quite a few other landlords, asked too many awkward questions and got banned. I'm proud of it. If they have to ban people that ask questions they can't answer then it says a lot about them.

The Conservatives have betrayed their core voters AND have also caused mass homelessness. I've voted Tory all my life up to the last election but never again.

I have a monthly direct debit set up to donate to Centrepoint and the charity is also mentioned in my will. I'd be happy to go head to head with anyone that says I am just a charity basher.
