Template for Letter to Guarantor for Rent Arrears?
I have had to serve a S21 on my tenants due to property damage and anti social behaviour. ![]()
They are now in arrears and have ignored my rent demand letter.
Is there a standard format for a rent request letter to the guarantor?
I am an NLA member but can’t see one on their website.
Thanks
Ann Raymond

Romain Garcin might have one on his website. I have invited him to comment and post a link if he has.

I wonder why there are so many templates for a rent demand for the tenant but not for the guarantor? I have written my own, and posted it to the guarantor today. If he pays up I will assume the letter did the trick!

You tell him Mark!
My template is:
You guaranteed the rent, pay up or… we own your house!
