Noise until 6am?
I have 3 flats in Bessacar near Doncaster and one of the adjoining flats has an autistic owner/tenant. He is in the centre of the 9 flats.
We have the councils noise team on the job and the police are called on a regular basis. He unfortunately has friends around and they party about 3 nights per week with loud noise until 5 or 6 in the morning.
What can now be done I haven’t already and how?
Many thanks
David

He has to sleep sometime – and that’s when you call in the brass band. You can forget about any official complaints procedure. That could take years..

If he is the owner, is there a covenant in the lease or title deeds that you might be able to enforce? If a tenant, is his landlord aware of the problem? Is there a management company that could exert pressure?
