Should Landlords buy life insurance?

What will happen to your rental properties if you suddenly pass away?

For landlords, it is more important than ever to protect both your rental properties and your family’s future.

So, if you suddenly pass away:

  • Would there be enough equity in the properties for your loved ones to refinance when the lender calls in the loans?
  • Would your mortgage lenders transfer the mortgage to your beneficiaries? Our experience is that this is incredibly unlikely.

Don’t put off planning for their future…

Life Insurance pays out a cash sum to your loved one should you pass away during the life of the policy.

Find the right cover for you.

Thousands of landlords find affordable life insurance using the quotation system below every month, and you could be one of them.

@fpc – I have personnaly used the services of HD Consultants and have referred several hundred landlords to them. I have always had incredibly positive feedback which is why, given the right circumstances, they are one of our suppliers of choice. Please note that they are not the only financial services firm I deal with or which Property118 refers people to. It’s horses for courses. I hope that answers your question and I invite others to respond too.

My family and I have used HD Consultants and have found them to be professional, flexible and thorough.

They will liaise with you on potential scenarios and advise you on most suited products based on your requirements.
