A former Pub, Alexandra House in Sheffield, will still be put to good use by local Sheffield Hallam University Students by being refurbished into High-End student accommodation.
23 boutique en-suite studios are being offered to property investors with a 10% net return assured for one year. If you take a look at the amenities available I can’t believe how life has changed since I was a student in the late 80s with not even a mobile phone and still protesting about having to pay Margaret Thatchers Poll tax !
