Recommendations for internal bathroom ceiling ventilation fan?

Ceiling-mounted positive input ventilation outlet releasing filtered air

Hi, I have two rented out flats with internal bathrooms (no windows), both of which have bubbling ceiling paint since I installed Envirovent silent ventilation fans. There is also a damp mark on the bedroom ceiling outside one of the ensuites.

Can anyone recommend a really efficient, quiet make/model of ceiling extractor (so tenants will not turn them off – one is in the ensuite shower room) ventilation fans, please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can be easy if the wiring is in the loft space. Take the wires from the extractor as long as it’s a direct feed type and then wire it to the neutral and switching live of the lightswitch (earth to earth). If its a wall switch then it would need to be extended down to that but pull switched in the ceiling are generally accessible. Either way you would need a sparky to be compliant and ensure you aren’t overloading the lighting circuit but shouldn’t cost the earth.
Agree with some of the other comments about checking the ducting though if you have damp spots elsewhere then it could be holed or have blown off the adaptor to the exterior vent and be allowing ingress of rain

Another massive issue often missed is the fan or grille location.
You want the replacement air to sweep across the room from the air inlet, ie a door, to the above shower area or the WC. This sweep scoops up all the humidity and odours.
Too many fans are located adjacent to the door therefore simply short circuiting most of the fresh air straight out of the room.
Crossflow is the key along with an radial fan for more extracted volume.

Greenwood Unity CV2GIP every time. It can be set to throttle up and down with humidity levels. Blank off the switch so it cannot be turned off and you will not have a problem any more.
