To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is tell us your best guess to the following question:
How many property services businesses are listed in the Property118.com Directory at the date of this article?
Let us know your answer via the comments section below and you could start the new year with a windfall! (Please note: comments require moderation from Property118.com before they appear on the blog, so don’t panic if your entry isn’t instantly visible)
Terms and conditions
1. The deadline for the competition is midnight on 31st December 2011
2. The winner will be informed by email on Thursday 5th January 20121. Property118.com’s decision is final.
3. Any entries deemed rude or offensive will be excluded from the competition. Feel free to add a comment or Christmas message.
4. Only one entry person is permitted. All other entries will be void.
5. This competition is not open to employees of Property118.com
6. This competition is open to UK residents only.
7. Should two or more winning entrants guess the same answer, they will be entered into a prize draw and chosen at random by Property118.com
9. The winner will be given 14 days to claim their prize. After this time, all rights to this prize shall be waivered and a new winner drawn.
10. Property118.com do not accept any responsibility for prizes lost in the mail.
11. The prize will be in the form of B&Q vouchers, no cash alternative will be offered.
