Price Guarantee Landlord Insurance with Property118

Landlords Insurance - Landlords Buying GroupSeveral years ago we were approached by an insurance broker who told us we could save a lot of money by combining our landlords insurance policies into a block policy. This was the beginning of our landlords buying group.

At that time we were in the business of arranging mortgages so we told our landlord clients how much money we were saving. They combined their landlords insurance policies with our block policy and so the scheme started to grow. The bigger our landlords buying group became the more negotiating power we gained.

I tried them. They didn't know what a Tyneside Flat was (there are 3 million in the country) so I couldn't proceed. They are not expert insurance brokers.

Well not sure if I was going through my cynicism patch. I do live up to me name 99% of the time, but having just paid a large tax bill because I procrastinated over section 24 and hadnt incorporated, and thought bet this insurance, will be twice the amount of my present insurer. Why go to the bother of sending all the portfolio information, im tired of it!. It amazing how challenges can affect our whole attitude, if we dont get over it, well give me a week and I bounce back,.😊

Well, can only say wow, saved a couple of thousand, and at long last my barn conversions were insured, without 100 caveats lol

I dont like to fork out the whole amount and was even able to pay monthly at a good interest rate.

So yes check it out folks, and stop procrastinating on incorp, and no I didnt check with my bank lol what do they know about tax affairs, it requires top tax barristers imho

Sorry to go off subject, but I see folks comments all over and they seem to get put off by all sorts of opinions not fact.

I sincerely believe the government wont change the section 24 there are not enough landlords to make a difference to any government getting voted in lol

Their contempt by not answering my messages and emails speak for itself,
Anyway end of seminar and all imho (thats humble opinion), lol check it out, and dont ask your best mate what he thinks lol xxx

cheers

I have already filled in this form but nobody has contacted me. Please call me to discuss my cover. I am going away on 15th and need this resolved as my current insurer is muttering about subsidence risk of which there is none and a massive increase in rebuilding cost. Thanks .
