Wishing you a very Happy New Year!  In the spirit of all the recent festivities, there is something very important which I wanted to share with you.Hazel de Kloe - Why Propery Works

Okay, so I’m in my office here in Kent speaking with an associate of mine about the property investment business and how he’s doing. First thing that he brings up is the ‘big problem’ of getting the right information, advice and guidance needed without the humiliation or fear of being burnt or misled by greedy property training companies, professionals and marketers.

He tells me (and he’s well connected) that many of his friends and associates are in a near panic when it comes to moving forward with new or existing property investment proposals.

Hi Hazel. I agree with you and think one of the biggest problems investors face is the attitude of some professionals who simply "order take".

Investors, whether new or experienced want to receive advice as part of a comprehensive review. What is often received is more akin to a Fast Food experience.
