How to get Government updates for landlords?
Hello all readers, I think it might be worth all landlords signing up for the Government’s PRS updates and updates reference Assured Periodic Tenancy agreement templates.
Their document is to give tenants already on an AST or Periodic tenancies on or before the 1st of May this year.

Their document for landlords to give to tenants, already on an AST or Periodic tenancy, on or before the 1st of May this year should be published by the government at some point before then. (We hope!)
How well it is drafted/worded is anyone’s guess – hopefully better than the RRA itself.

This is possibly the most useful post I’ve seen on 118 for a long time. I didn’t know about this facility.

Frankly, does it matter?
Just serve it correctly and make sure you have a court proof record…..
