Hello, Does anybody else have a problem with the judiciary?
I have a judgement debt, but I am pursuing a Charging Order securing the debt against a property he now owns. Straightforward you would think?
Go to CCMCC (County Court Money Claims Centre) who agree it can be enforced, but DJ’s simply forward it to another court for enforcement and back again, and again, and again.
18 months now of no order, and no enforcement.
No explanation, and court staff cannot question the acts or reasoning of the judges.
Now with my MP.
Justice??
Really???
Thank you,
Stephen

Have you engaged a solicitor concerning court practice?

If it were me, I might try writing to the Lord Chancellor explaining that I haven’t been able to have the application for a charging order heard for 18 months.
