The transaction would be deemed to have progressed at full market value for CGT purposes once discovered and HMRC would deal with the matter of tax evasion, which is criminal..
SDLT would be also payable by the company on the purchase.
You would need to refinance.
Far from “sorted” I’d say.

Yes sdlt in purchase by ltd & finance costs but bmv sales never had a problem some auction lots are sold 50% bmv and sdlt payable on sale price, if several sales may be linked as you mentioned a while back, only trying to help people who want out

I understand that you are trying to be helpful Simon but your recommendations are dangerous.
Selling to or buying a property BMV is very different when the third part has no connection. That said, there are still risks, albeit different risks.
If you were to put all of your properties in an established auction which marketed them properly, and you happened to be the highest bidder, you would have a good case. Failing that, I’m sorry to say that I think your suggestion is a very bad one.

Mark , is the average of 3 local estate agent quotes acceptable or does it need to be a rics valuation ?
