Looking forward to the PRS specific questions asked by myself and others wrt Reform (Ltd co) above, being answered by those who are of the opinion that they will be good for small-medium sized PRS LLs.

Lol. The article link is based on an interview with a paper owned by the DGMT group, well known and well-publicised (e.g. by LSE, to mention one of many) for printing and spreading false information. In any case, what does...

Interesting. 1) What are they proposing? 2) Which specific elements of their proposals appeal to you? 3) What makes you sure that their PRS strategy would make sense - once they publicise one (if they ever do)?
I hope they don’t. I’ve seen nothing specifically pro-Landlord in the Reform(Ltd company’s) ‘manifesto’. If anything given their anti-immigration rhetoric they’re only harmful. Immigration, in part, is one reason (of many) why there is increased demand for rental properties atm.
PR definitely preferred over the current FPTP (where only a majority of a minority get a Government they want). At least with PR every vote actually counts. No wonder there is talk of spoiling ballots, tactical voting etc when under...
Definitely not Cons or Reform. Prob Yellow given the new constituency boundary changes. A Hung parliament then Coalition formed (prob Red-led but with progressives who require electoral reform) to move away from the current ridiculous non-representative FPTP system so that...
