Hello, Can anyone tell me what the court fee is for an accelerated possession claim? I’ve googled this and am getting different amounts listed for court fee!
Can someone enlighten me? This is for Possession Claim Accelerated procedure following an S21 notice. The court will be City of London.
I need to write the amount on the claim form.
Thank you,
Tony

I recently submitted an accelerated claim possession at my local county court and it cost £355.

£355 (and you have to send a cheque which floored me! I haven’t seen my cheque book for three years)

They probably employ a person at each court whose sole job is to handle and deposit cheques… but how they do that working from home is anyone’s guess! Even plumbers take cards these days… and can’t work from home!
