Will the new Landlord Database need digital certificates?

Hello, Yesterday, I received an invitation to go online and try out the ‘dummy’ version of the new Landlord Database.
Already having a one Gov I.D it was easy enough to register as a landlord.
The problem came when I started trying to register my properties, in particular gas and electrical certificates.
I don’t hold most of them digitally and without that there was no way to upload them to the system.
So, my friends make sure all future certificates are digital!

Does it accept LLP and LTD details or does it have to be the landlords name and address details?

But a photo taken with a smartphone or a scan using a desktop scanner both produce ditgital files. Can you not submit those?
