Whose fault, my tenants, mine, the dogs or the neighbours?
by Mick Roberts
A slightly nervous neighbour of one of my tenants, who has dog, sent me this video of my tenants dog. ![]()
My tenants dog and their neighbours dog don’t like each other.
My tenants neighbour got the shock of her life when she decided to gather evidence.
Who do you think is in the wrong here?
Click on the video to watch.
Thanks
Mick

Fair point. I’m gonna pay for these 4 panels, & then if she asks again, I’m gonna put that to her.
Yes, my tenants dog may have wrecked fence, but she chose builder for this crap fence, & it won’t last long anyway, so she should put hand in her pocket as she is the one that’s moaning.

mark is correct in that the direction of lap of the horizontal slats (not battens) indicate its the neighbours fence.
LR docs often are silent as to who owns. it looks to me that the fence has been damaged from micks side perhaps by football in which case tenant should pay!
the quality of the panels is not the issue/at fault.
