Hi, Does anyone know currently the time frame for a bailiff eviction date in Manchester? The letting agents told me it used to be 4 to 6 weeks.
I have been waiting nearly 4 months now and have still not received the notification.
Thank you,
Aki

I used the bailiffs in Manchester back in April 2023. I put the application in mid-April and got the notification at the end of May for an eviction date on 3rd July.
So, 2 and half months from start to finish.
Give them a call to find out the waiting times.

If you use high court bailiffs, which are private, they attend promptly after the eviction notice expires.

Hi
How can I apply a private bailiff service?
My tenant’s appeal has been dismissed on 14th of November and I am still waiting for the order of action.
