I am a MSc student studying real estate, and would be forever grateful if you could complete my dissertation survey.housing benefit

I am lacking respondents at the moment, so any help either by completing the survey, or further distribution would be amazing and I will share my results with Property118 readers (see link below).

The survey is looking at opinions surrounding Social Letting Agencies (SLA), and tenants who receive housing benefit.

Introduction:
You are invited to participate in a research survey, aiming to look at the views of landlords, and prospective landlords, regarding tenants who receive government housing benefit.

In addition to this, the survey will look at views surrounding social letting agencies, focusing on the possible role that SLAs could play in supporting benefit claiment’s access to the private rented sector. The survey should take no more than ten minutes, and will be completely
anonymous.

Although it is possible to complete the survey using a smartphone device, it is recommended that a full computer browser is used.

Thank you,

Jane

.
Completed . This type of agency is the way forward I believe to stem the flow of landlords leaving the LHA sector and will also entice some back.
In doing so it will solve some of the mountain housing problems that councils now increasingly face.
If done well it should provide a welcome workable relationship between private and public sector and I support their introduction

Question please.. How many schemes in the UK are already in existence and how many more are planned in the pipeline that you know about ?
