Whilst we were waiting around to be called by our professional camera crew to record a new corporate video for the home page of Property118 we decided to get together for a chat and record it on video. It was just a bit of fun to get us warmed up for the real thing but it came out pretty well so we decided to share it with you.

Thanks to Tessa Shepperson from Landlord Law, Helen Kirkham from HMO Cleaning and our guest author on Property118, Serena AKA HMOlandlady

Hey Mark. 3 LL's and a solicitor is a great video. I usually skip over film and words due to time restraints, but I watched the full 18 minutes! Three inspirational lady's. I will check out Landlord Law, will look out for Serena's blogs and Helen has given me the idea to start my own HMO cleaning company as I am having trouble finding a reliable cleaner for my 10 HMO's in Bristol. Excellent. Keep it coming 🙂

You have made my day Francis, I'm delighted to have been of service 🙂 What do you think of the new look Property118? Remember to check out our competition where you could win £100 of B&Q vouchers simply for leaving a Testimonial for the businesses that make your life that bit easier as a landlord. It's a lovely way of saying thank you to them and doesn't cost you a penny, just a few minutes of your time.

Hi Francis. Thanks for your positive comments and glad you enjoyed the video! Great idea to do HMO cleaning - I have someone who does one house but he was the third person I interviewed as the others couldn't get their heads around the idea of HMO! Good luck and we look forward to hear how you get on.

Hi Helen.
Thank you for the offer. I was thinking after i posted my comment where to start. As well as the HMO's I am very busy constructing a course with Progressive Property. So cannot commit a huge amount of time. I work with my daughter Emily who is 25. What do you suggest. 🙂
