The award was open to the UK insurance industry and focussed on evidence of customer care initiatives that positively influence the customer journey and encouraged retention and repeat business.
With a renewal retention rate of over 90% backed up with a Feefo independent customer review score of 4.9 out of 5, The Home Insurer beat a quality packed shortlist of competitors to win the prestigious prize.
