Hello, Tenants have moved out and destroyed most of the furniture, doors, and white goods. I have sent them an invoice for the replacement of the damaged items. But they are refusing to pay.
They are also refusing to pay 3 months rent.
Any suggestions on what I can do next?
Thank you,
Ravel

Take it on the chin, you will put yourself through loads more stress and yes you may win in court but it doesn’t mean to say you will get your money back, they will just play the poor card and you will receive next to nothing every month if you are lucky, the law is an ass.

We no longer maintain a debtors prison or the stocks where you could take out your fury in rotten eggs, cabbages and tomatoes, along with bowls of rice, tapioca and semolina (each of the last three a war crime in my view when they were forced down your gullet as a child…).
