Tenancy Renewal Fees

I’m renewing my tenancy, same price, just an extension.
My tenancy agreement states that I have to pay the agent £69.60 including VAT towards the cost of any renewal document created for any extension of the Tenancy.
The agency is asking £84 because the price has increased this year but nobody notified me this change until now.
I’m a foreign, so I don’t know English laws.
Please, can you help me?

Dunno why the shock horror response you know Romain is now my new best friend. As I said at the time I have seen the debate bounce back and forth between is is 4pm or 5pm but had never before seen reference to 4.30 as the qualifying time deadline.
And I have always, always throughout my life been prepared to admit when I am wrong, give credit where it is due etc. That is the value of a Valleys Chapel upbringing for you!! That and the power of prayer for next Sunday’s result!
Plus it’s very easy when you aren’t wrong that often – usually because I can double check opinions with so many people first!!
