Private landlord letting advertising in Scotland?
Seeking advice on access to Letting Portals for advertising a property in Aberdeen, Scotland. As a private landlord able to advertise on CityLets and Gumtree but seeking to broaden profile by advertising on the other popular portals serving Scotland, which are understood to be LettingWeb, S1 Homes and Zoopla.
Some of these charge a monthly fee which is not cost effective for a small portfolio, hence the consideration of potentially using an on-line agency.
Not seeking full tenant finding service as comfortable with tenant referencing, TIP, AT5 etc. (specific to leasing in Scotland) and management once lease set-up.

We usually use Gumtree but the current letting market in Aberdeen is saturated with properties for rent. We used Aberdeenshire Leasing earlier this year and rented our property out within 1 month. Also please give me a shout if you require an EPC. We cover Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire and can offer guidance on increasing the rating if required.
