Postgraduate seeks help with research on legislation affecting landlords

Landlords, do you know all the changes impacting your property portfolio? 

I am a postgraduate student currently completing a research project looking at the impact the recent legislative changes and proposed legislative changes will have on residential buy to let landlords. Whilst many landlords are aware of the major announcements surrounding the reduction of finance cost relief and 3% stamp duty levy, there are many other changes being introduced which have not been as widely publicised, which could affect landlords profit margins and methods of operating.

I am currently in the process of completing an empirical study, and need as many landlords as possible from England and Wales to complete the questionnaire below so I am able to form a valid conclusion as to what the impact of the changes are going to be, both combined and individually, on landlords and the wider community. The more landlords who complete the questionnaire, which should take no more than 10 minutes of your time, the more accurate the research will be and possibly more useful for the landlords cause. Additionally, the questionnaire may bring to your attention changes that you are not aware of, and highlight potential implications on your own portfolio.

Due to the nature of the research, the questionnaire requires some sensitive data, however I am not asking you to provide you name or you contact details so you can rest assurred that at no point will I contact you after receiving the completed questionnaire, and that your anonymity is your guarantee of confidentiality.
