Hi, my tenants phoned an ambulance and waited about 7 hours and because no ambulance turned up they left the property and took one of the tenants to the hospital themselves. When they came back to the house they found the police broke down the door left it damaged and boarded the house up.
Who pays for the door and damage as there was no one in the property?
Thank you,
Kayleigh

It does appear the way they operate – my other tenants said that they (police) wouldn’t not listen and were all pumped up to smash their way in first and last. It’s the way they wouldn’t even give me the key to the padlock that really annoyed me – as I had no right to enter (various stories, lost key, key in drawer, but this was the last one).

Happened to me too.
Suspected drug dealing taking place.
The police had been watching property.
Broke down the door
Apparently justified entry.
Applied for the costs.

Work Collegues, I wasn’t actually at the barbeque thank god. Complete alcohol fueled numpties, hence why in later years they all became managers.
