A new online platform has been launched to help landlords streamline their property maintenance processes.
Fiixit has been founded by experienced landlord Tajinder Sohal with the aim of reducing the stress and time associated with managing repairs and maintenance.
The platform allows landlords to:
Mr Sohal, who is also the managing director of Big Rock Estates, said: “I’ve been a landlord for over 30 years, even longer if I count the time I spent with my dad in my teenage years managing his rental properties.
“One thing all landlords have in common – whether a full-time landlord with 50+ properties or a part time landlord with a handful of properties and a full-time day job – is that they have properties requiring repairs.
“The boiler is broken, the fuse board keeps tripping or any number of things that pop into inboxes without any notice.”
He added: “The organisation required and time spent going back and forth between tenants and tradespeople to fix the issue can really add up, especially with multiple properties.
“I founded Fiixit to help with this headache.”
Mr Sohal continued: “With Fiixit, landlords won’t just be managing repairs, they will be transforming the way they connect with tenants and tradespeople.
“In one place, from any device landlords can keep on top of all their property repairs with a single action, driving multiple outcomes.
“Using the Fiixit platform provides a stark comparison to how I used to do it, managing multiple WhatsApp threads, compiling lists and hunting through mails to then transfer the same information to different people.”
He adds: “Our purpose is to empower landlords with the tools they need to take command of their property maintenance, become more efficient and reduce operational costs.”
Fiixit is currently offering a free extended trial for landlords who sign up during the initial launch phase.
The platform is available for a monthly fee, starting at £0.70 per property.
Every day, landlords who want to influence policy and share real-world experience add their voice here. Your perspective helps keep the debate balanced.

Good idea but Landlord Vision has a similar tenant module built in. This on its own is too standalone.

nowt wrong with an excel spreadsheet!
Most of my tenants don’t have the tech or ability to log things like this. Others use whatsapp.
Why keep reinventing the wheel?

I`ve tried a few over the years . They drive me mad.
Landlord Vision. FixFlo , Carl .
All so long winded and complex
As Reluctant says Excel is all you need
And its got pretty colours to highlight stuff and filter stuff out . And doesn’t cost me anything . Brains work differently in how they process info.
But excel gives me all I need to see what i need to do at a glance without going through multiple fields and over complicating stuff
