Looking for businesses offering services to landlords to test our Directory.
The soft launch of the Property118.com Business Directory is coming soon and we’re looking for businesses offering services to landlords to help us with our final tests.
As a result of volunteering you will obviously be one of the first businesses listed in the Directory. Your comments will also be search engine optimised, thus enhancing your internet presence. Additionally, we will choose one business to receive a free Gold Business Membership for one year based on the number of thumbs up approvals on your comment and the feedback that makes the grumpiest man in the office smile the most. All comments will be moderated.
Initial tests have been incredibly successful and resulted in glowing testimonials from the businesses we worked with. However, we now need to run far more robust tests of our Automated Registration Wizard which we are hoping to begin testing by the end of July.
If you are interested in getting involved please comment below. By all means add business name, email address, details of service and contact details and get yourself some immediate exposure on the web-site. All we really need though is for you to leave a short comment and your business name.
We are keen to work with all types of businesses that provide a service to landlords including; letting agents, solicitors, accountants, trades, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, IFA’s, property sourcing companies and tenant referencing businesses.

Hi Mark, Pennine Estates have been offering Landlords a great service for a number of years now, but we constantly look to improve in all we do. 12 Months half price managment @ just 5%, Free Gas certificates & Free minor repairs. We beleive this sets us apart from other agents.

As a small business we welcome Property118.com as being another opportunity for us to promote Tudor Manor Estates.
We are a Family business in Wall Heath,West Midlands and provide Letting agent and Property Management services as well as a complete range of Insurance products, removal services etc.In fact we can provide the complete package when someone is moving home.
We are also agents for a wide range of new build property in the area.
Its our business so 9 till 5 – no way (example last week I was in the office 2 nights running till 10pm.The next day I went home at 4.30 and the Wife asked why I was back?)

Absolutely Jess. We should be ready to begin testing the Directory Registration process by the end of this month. We still need more volunteers though, particularly via trades so please mention this page to your contractors. it will also give them a bit of free exposure. 😀
