What do Landlords want most from events?
I work for an Estate Agency and every year we organise events at our branches where we discuss topics such as Tax, one of our most popular event to date, or How to maximise your buy to let investment or Managing your property effectively.
Today, I’d like to find out form landlords or vendors what you’d be interested in learning about? Eg: where to invest, legal ownership issues, Inheritance, managing tenants etc
Your suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks for your help

Additional topics would be areas in which to invest, type of property with highest demand, purchase costs, average rents and demand (voids).

A presentation on the pros & cons of letting agreements by a property specialist solicitor always get landlords excited! The solicitor needs to be current and know their stuff though (maybe a solicitor who is also a landlord) if not they will get caught out and loose credibility on the spot! I refer to a recent Bristol Council organised meeting for landlords where the presenting solicitor had not heard of the Superstrike vs. Rodrigues case!
