Who do you know working on R2R strategy?
Hello
Although new to this forum I’m experienced in property and am now looking to extend my network and knowledge. ![]()
I’m currently working on the Rent 2 Rent strategy with a view to longer term investment such as a purchase option.
My question is: do you know of people finding R2R opportunities in the South East?
I’m based in Guildford and looking to connect with people involved in this strategy if working in Central, Greater London as well as Home Counties, Surrey and Hampshire.
I look forward to reading any comments and engaging..
Thanks
Oliver

Hi Oliver
I know for sure that we have several R”R landlords using this forum on the basis that we have sold well in excess of 100 R”R lease contract templates which were drafted by Justin Selig, a Law Society registered Solicitor – see >> https://www.property118.com/guaranteed-rent-to-rent-lease-contract-template-download/41817/
For data protection reasons I obviously can’t send you their details and there is no way of them getting in touch with you outside of this forum unless you upgrade your membership to Business Member status – see >>> https://www.property118.com/business-sponsorship/
Please red the above link carefully so that you understand our “House Rules” in terms of publicising contact details.

Hi Mark
That’s very helpful and thank you for taking the time to reply, it’s also useful to know of the legal services offered. I will take a look at the business member status. I’ve also noted that we must not insert HTML or email addresses.
Kind regards
Oliver
